A phone call with a requiter, and if you made it to the next step two interviews with managers. The hiring managers were two 10 minute phone calls and were the head of each team you'll be working with.

First interview with a recruiter from coworker services via phone basically screening the candidates. Then the second interview is typically an in person interview with a panel of hiring managers.

Contacted/headhunted on LinkedIn.
Had initial internal recruitment call followed by 1st manager interview in the same week.
Very promptly recontacted for 3rd group interview following week.
No news for 3 weeks following 3rd interview.
Good/quick process when interest is positive but no feedback - although chased when possibility of lack of offer
Several round interview with standard questions and other people who interact with finance.
Very typical questions about leadership, past achievements and general technical experience.
Most of interviewers were easy, but one was quite late so only got to speak a few minutes and a key finance interviewer came off very callous and disinterested. Not sure if I would have accepted offer if received as result of general
feeling after that.
