They asked around 5 standardized questions, plus a handful of follow-up questions at the end. The questions mainly related to my past experiences in the types of work they need, but also included a few for soft skills. The interview lasted around 45 minutes and happened over Webex.

It was very professional. The managers were very friendly. Overall, my expereince with the team was very positive. They asked questions about diversity, confidentiality along with the generic interview questions.
