    I have been working at CAMH full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    I've had great teammates here and made great friends.

    Cons

    Management is overworked, stretched too thin. There's little accountability or oversight for performance issues or workplace bullying. It's like the wild west. Staff physical and mental safety are greatly affected in a negative way by the systemic disorganization and lack of leadership on a unit level and larger level.

    Departments work in silos Senior Managers and Directors have their own schedule, most couldn't care less about employees Unionize environment, bad employees with tenure are next to impossible to let go off Lack of recognition Some of the most senior employees have a really bad attitude
