The interview process was friendly and well structured. It included an HR screen, behavioural questions, and a technical discussion. The interviewers were professional, approachable, and the questions felt fair and relevant to the role. Overall, the conversations were relaxed and respectful, which made it easy to communicate experience and problem solving approach. One downside is the lack of follow-up. After completing the interview stages, there was no clear closure or feedback, and communication stopped without an update. While the interview itself was a positive experience, the ghosting afterward was disappointing.
