Interview
The overall interview lasted for 3-4 weeks once I received a call from the HR post getting shortlisted.
There will be 6 total rounds including HR screening to Bar Raiser rounds, but not limited to it.
Although overall interviews may seem to be lengthy and prolonged, it's a good experience for you and your employer to get to know each other and assess the skillset that you bring to the table.

1. HR Screening round: A get-to-know-each-other round
2. Hiring Manager Round: More in-depth experience discussion along with Branch understanding and technical take-home assessment introduction
3 & 4. Presentation Round: Branch take-home assessment. (To Integrate the branch SDK and perform deep-linking and Attribution (Not mandatory) to your app). A prep call will be aligned before the presentation round as a guide. (usually before 2-3 days of the presentation round).
4. Panel Round: Combination of Behavioural, Branch understanding, and Managerial questions.
5. Bar raiser Round: Behavioural questions around Branch, and past experiences.

The interview process at Branch was smooth, structured, and professional. Communication was clear and timely at every stage, and the coordination was seamless. The rounds were well-organized, with a fair balance of technical and behavioral evaluation. Overall, the process felt transparent and respectful, reflecting Branch’s strong culture and values.

I applied online. The process took a month. The process was thorough, with the HR team being highly engaging. They ensured I was well-prepared before each round, providing details such as the round's duration, the interview panel's LinkedIn profiles, evaluation criteria, and additional open-source material for my preparation. What stood out about Branch was their punctuality; interviews started and ended on time, which was a refreshing change. Before each round, interviewers explained what they were seeking, and results were promptly communicated within 24 hours. HR also stayed in touch during breaks between rounds to ensure I was prepared for the next stage.
Main key for interview is you should understand Branch's basic technology toughly.
