The recruiter reached out for an initial overview and interest-check. After that, I met with the VP of Sales (who would be my direct manager). Then I was in a panel interview with a current BDR, a Commercial RD, and the Sr Director of Strategic Partnerships. Following that, I had a working session where I had to come up with a 6-month growth plan. On that working session was the VP of Sales, Commercial RD, and Sr Dir of Strat Partnerships. Due to the importance of this position, the last conversation was with the CEO.
From start to finish, the process was 13 days. While it was incredibly quick, the team did a phenomenal job of keeping it genuine and human throughout.
