Rather than a phone screening, Box provided me with a link to complete a recorded video interview. The questions were prerecorded by members of the recruiting team. You are given 30 seconds to think about your answer, and 30 seconds - 1 minute and a half to record your answer. This was an unusual format for an interview, and did not allow for flexibility or elaboration opportunity you'd have in a conversation with an actual recruiter.
