Support employee career paths across all lines of business. Don't give "free reign" to sales leaders to modify sales teams w/o proper practices (performance plans, reviews).
I applied online. I interviewed at Box (Toronto, ON) in August-2017.
First stage was a phone interview with an HR Parnter/Recruiter. Second stage was with the hiring manager. Interview was very casual, lots of back-and-forth dialog and interaction. Very natural discussion. However, there was zero follow up for 4 weeks from either HR or the hiring manager - despite 4 voicemails and 2 emails. As a final-4 candidate, I would have expected the professional courtesy to be informed of any decisions to move forward, or not.
