Applied through LinkedIn and got a response from right away. First call with recruiter went well - recruiter was extremely sweet, despite my obvious nerves, and passed me onto the hiring manager. Recruiter also e-mailed me to let me know the hiring manager may ask technical questions, and I should brush up on terms like API, SaaS, Cloud. Second call with hiring manager went OK - I had difficulties hearing her which made for some awkwardness.
