I applied at November 2018, had my phone screening scheduled Feb 2019.
After the phone screening interview with recruiter, I waited more than 3 weeks to know I am rejected.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Blizzard Entertainment in Oct 2018
Interview
A couple of different stages, including a portfolio review and whiteboarding exercise. Helpful to know the company's core values to be able to reference them or talk about which one resonates with you the most. Get to know your team and don't be afraid to ask difficult questions yourself.
