Interview
All day process with 6 people, about an hour each. Someone from HR talked about benefits and vacations, my would be manager talked about corporate culture and the team, gave me a tour. A senior developer gave me a code test and was patient and encouraging. They bought lunch.

There was a coding test going over basic html, css, and JavaScript. Everyone was nice and patient. They don't require much for skills.
