Responded to a recruiter and went through the full interview series to including a full-day onsite. Pretty standard, very "startup" vibes. They definitely love the smell of their own farts but don't get me wrong, I would have taken the offer. Got a rejection from a no-reply email and recruiter didn't respond when I asked for feedback about the decision. I didn't even apply lol you reached out to me. The least you could do is provide constructive feedback for the amount of hours the interview series requires (it is a lot).
