      Pros

      Growing like crazy with a clear direction and success path. The work is really interesting (and novel). The team is incredible. Highest talent density of any team I've seen. Love working here.

      Cons

      Not the right environment if you're looking to clock in and clock out. People really care about what they're doing here. Sometimes we'll have late meetings or we'll slack eachother in off-hours. Not crazy (still find time to unplug) but it's not 40hrs / week.

      Pros

      Interesting work, high horsepower team. Never feel "stale", lot's of mobility and never get pigeonholed. Feels like this company could have what it takes to really make it big (I've been at a few startups before, so know when something feels different). Good snacks & food, great healthcare

      Cons

      Definitely intense. Feels like a startup (fast timelines).
