They will read your resume line by line and ask you hard questions line-by-line on your resume (i.e. definitions). Note: you will have to sit outside in the rain like a beggar until it is time for the interview. They will tell you that this is a protected building. I even had to use the restroom in the nearest coffee shop since they didn’t let me in. Even airports don’t do that. Be vigilant with trash ken, he will drain you out with bs questions. Lance will just stare at you constantly until you get burned out.

Firstly, received an email about scheduling an interview with the manager. Once you schedule the time, you only do 1 interview - which was done through Zoom at the time but may have changed now.

There were two interviewers and one interviewee. The usual interview questions were asked such as what is your greatest strength and give an example of a time you showed leadership skills. The interview lasted around 45 minutes. Before asking questions, a brief summary of the company was given.

I had one quick 30 minute interview. I was interviewed by the three people. One was the lab manager and the other two worked in the lab. I found out I got the job about a week later through my advisor.
