      Interview

It's just a case of 'buzzword bingo' - read the values then get two questions against each, though you won't know what value is being monitored. Come up with buzzwords and word soup and you'll be okay.

Very friendly experience with 2 interviews. Only one stage of interview. Involved answering a set series of questions in a limited amount of time. Took a while to hear back but end in a positive outcome. Really enjoyable interview. Difficulty was average for an experienced project manager.

      Senior Product Manager Interview

      May 8, 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Aviva

      Interview

I went through four interviews for this role over the course of two months. The process was intense and I was passed between three recruiters, which confused things a bit and there were some scheduling issues throughout the process. The final stage interview was an hour-long competency and presentation round. I completed this and felt I had a good rapport with the hiring panel, However, a few days later, I was sent a generic automated email rejecting me for the role. I was given no reason or feedback. Even after emailing both the recruiter and hiring manager, thanking them for their time and requesting feedback, I was ignored. This is not how any company should treat a candidate who put in a lot of work and two months of their life trying to get a job there. Advice to management: After completing four rounds of interviews, the bare minimum is a personalised rejection email or a phone call, instead of an automated one, and feedback should be provided.
