Interview
Initial filetering based on CV n cover letter and some standard questions. Followed by about 15 strengths based questions which take much longer than the time they suggest it would take.
The entire interview process was quite extended, lasting nearly six months from the time I first submitted my application until I finally received the result. During this period, I followed up by email several times, but the responses were only that the application was still under review.
