Phone Interview for a contract role. The interviewer was a Senior Business Analyst.
An Agent found me, I had never received a job spec for the role but they liked my CV apparently and wanted a call. It was a fairly average, non technical interview, I was unable to get anything specific regarding the role they were interviewing for.
Feedback was that my experience didn't suit, fair enough but then we discussed what was on my CV so why arrange a call in the first place?

Interview
Felt the interviewees were a bit rigid and did not show much personality or emotion. The general staff were very polite. I was asked to do complete an exam without being told prior, so it came as a surprise

Interview
Firstly telephone interview with BA Practice lead. Second interview face-to-face. Questions on experience and skillset were very standard and meeting was very informal and friendly.
There were no really challenging questions. Building was very nice.
