I applied online and received an email the next day to schedule a phone call with an internal recruiter. This was a phone screen to go over your resume and basic qualifications. Afterwards, I was scheduled for a phone interview with a team member who I’d potentially work with. The 30 minute interview consisted of behavioral questions and hypotheticals to how you work. The next step, was an on-site interview with senior management and a director. A 30 minute interview with each team member who asked similar behavioral questions that align with Audibles people principles.
I received notice of my offer 2 weeks after my on-site interview and accepted. The process was very professional and the recruiters communicate well every step of the way. It is also more informal than you’d be used to. Interviews are very conversational and tell you to leave your suit at home when coming in. Snacks were provided within the interview room and lunch is as well depending on the time of day.
They want you to have an honest, open, and comfortable experience so they can select the best candidate. They truly want you to succeed.
