      Post resume screening is done by the recruiter there are two rounds of interview conducted by the Team lead and the Service Delivery manager. The first round completely focuses on your resume and expects your best deliverables out of the mentioned work experience. Followed by questions on ITIL standard practices.The second round dives deep into ITIL to get a complete hang on the interviewee's domain knowledge.

      1. Take me through your resume and explain me your roles and responsibilities in your former organisation. 2. How do you handle a major incident from when it occurs till the resolution. 3. Define criticality matrix. 4. How do you focus on the stakeholders in terms of communication during an outage incident. 5. Did you also worked closely with Change and Problem management. 6. Explain the change and incident lifecycle.

      You receive an email from a Bangalore based consultancy and also an email from ATOS (Pune) for confirmation of your candidature, you arrive at the office and find more than 200 people.. Walk in ..Yes.. They ask you to fill a form and to wait, so the process starts at 11 AM and you are still waiting its 1 PM now,,First round starts ..for some folks it was telephonic and some face to face, after the first round if you are selected they ask you to wait for the second round (start testing your patience here.. ) You keep asking them when will the second round start.. HR folks will say you are next, let me get the details, checking, please wait,, Now its around 4 PM and you are still waiting.. slowly slowly you see only 20-13 people remaining,, there are now only few people left and its 9 PM.. waiting waiting.. Finally all is done by 11 PM...and the manager who took your interview says the HR will follow up by next business day.. No one calls or follows up for one week post the interview, you try to contact the HR .. No answer.. call the Consultancy .. they say they have not received any feedback yet,, after few weeks you again try to call the HR.. No answer.. Call the consultancy.. now even they stop answering your call.. Email them again & again .. still no reply.. In the end you are still waiting... just to know what happened on that day....
