      Flexible hours and big projects, but low pay and support

      Pros

      Very flexible work hours. Big projects & high stability. Development team is mature & there is a continuous improvement amongst the team. Salaries are always paid on time, never delayed. Based on customer feedback, salary adjustment might be applied for certain employees, regardless of titles.

      Cons

      Lack of supervision. Salaries are a bit below market. Annual Salary increase might delay for more than a year. Bonus is not always fully paid. Lack of development plans for employees. No career growth.

      Good Portfolio but poorly Managed Work Life Balance is good but no scope of Improvement

      Inefficient People Handling. Promised Variable pay is not handed over though served full tenure Productivity is not measured in proper way. Many unproductive employees exist but real good contributing resource is not supported
