      Interview

      In the beginning my interview process went very smoothly. I applied online for the position. Several days after applying I received an email to schedule an over the phone interview. I scheduled my interview and right in schedule, my interviewer called me. It was a very basic interview consisting of customer service questions and some more technical questions related to the job. Upon completing the phone interview, I was informed I would be moved on to a video interview with a hiring manager. Second interview was via webcam with a live person. Interview went great. I was informed at the end of the interview I would hear back by the end of the week (it was Wednesday) so at the end of the week I don’t hear anything. After a week of waiting I email HR and asked if I am still being considered. I was emailed back the next day informing me the job was still open and I was still being considered. Another week goes by and still nothing so I send another email. Again, same thing. Emailed back saying job is still open and I am being considered. It has been an additional week since then and still nothing. Overall very disappointing. Why post a job and keep it open for so long? People are wanting to work. I don’t expect to hear back from them. Poor applicant experience in the end.

      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Asurion in May 2019

      Interview

      Filled out an application online. Saw the position listed on indeed.com. From there received an email to do a recorded phone interview. After passing those steps, received a phone call to schedule an in-person interview. Had to wait for an available time slot. During that time received another call/text to schedule a time for the interview. Briefly talked about past experience, all of the job details and such. Answering simple yes or no questions. Then was asked a few simple behavioral questions. Nothing too hard. Was offered the position on the spot and accepted it. Next, waiting to receive the official offer letter with start date, times, etc. The process took about 2-3weeks all together.
