Add CV and cover letter. Then a maths assessment and situational judgement test which is then graded. Followed by an assessment day which was all online. Included a presentation on a pre-prepared topic, STAR interview questions, technical stats questions. Each section was taken by a different pair of statisticians who worked at the company.
