Ark Solutions interview questions

I interviewed for a 140k USD fully remote COO position in June 2025. I applied on LinkedIn. I was selected for a Video interview. I was sent a calendar invite to 'pick a spot' and did. I was connected with an HR person that didnt ask any questions about me for the 30 min - but just recoded with AI my 25+ years of experience as a COO answers for exactly 29.5 minutes - then said - Byyye, we will be I touch next week. Not even one question about me or my background.. Not even getting my name.. I then saw various mid weight roles posted online.. Following week I received "no thanks" standard email. Yeah.. you decide.. if interviewing with this team in any OPS role "internationally" U would stay on it and ask about the International US based COO position that was filled July 2025. Hold them accountable if not filled.

We discussed the job and salary. When I got their agreement to represent it was for half of what we agreed to. I point this out to them and have not heard back. Will ignore them in the future.
