I interviewed for a 140k USD fully remote COO position in June 2025. I applied on LinkedIn. I was selected for a Video interview. I was sent a calendar invite to 'pick a spot' and did. I was connected with an HR person that didnt ask any questions about me for the 30 min - but just recoded with AI my 25+ years of experience as a COO answers for exactly 29.5 minutes - then said - Byyye, we will be I touch next week.
Not even one question about me or my background.. Not even getting my name..
I then saw various mid weight roles posted online.. Following week I received "no thanks" standard email.
Yeah.. you decide.. if interviewing with this team in any OPS role "internationally" U would stay on it and ask about the International US based COO position that was filled July 2025. Hold them accountable if not filled.
