I interviewed at Amiqus Resolution (Edinburgh, Scotland)
Interview
It was a virtual interview. The calm interviewer started by introducing the company and what they do. Then asked me to introduce myself. The interview was average, with questions that were more focused on my past role and incident response.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe the process of incident response.
Have there been times when you went the extra mile in your other jobs, and can you describe the scenario
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amiqus Resolution in Sep 2023
Interview
The interview was a 2 stage interview with the first being with the Senior People Manager who outlined the role and some basic questions around how I meet the criteria for the role and what I would bring to the role. A second interview was with the Senior People Manager and Director Commercial Operations who would become my LM. This was similar to the first interview where assessment against the job spec and how I feel I fit the role alongside giving examples of previous experience was asked.
Both interviews felt relaxed and comfortable, more like a chat rather than a formal process which can be rigid and uncomfortable. However both the interviews were very positive, relaxed and it was a deciding factor for me accepting a role with Amiqus.

Question 1
How do you feel you fit the criteria of the job specification? Give an example of where you have met one of the objectives before.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amiqus Resolution in Jun 2022
Interview
Initial call with recruitment;
First interview with product manager
Second Interview with UX Researcher and Product manager
Overall it seems good but I think they should be more clear about the job advirtesment; I learned that the role is solo UX researcher role after interview with product manager.
And rejection feedback was so poor.
