A lot of messages instructing you to watch a group of people in order to understand the job. it's like staff are recruiting their own foot soldiers.
It is okay for someone that loves marketing and ready to put in so much , hoping to develop and get his own foot soldiers.
I applied online. I interviewed at American Income Life (Braintree, MA) in Jul 2014
Interview
There were three interviews ( if you can call them that). The first they asked why you are looking for work and that was it. one question was the entire interview. After this they had you attend a 45 min presentation about the company and the position. At the presentation they give you final interview questionnaire which has to be filled out if you get selected for a third interview. Questions consist of 1 what appeals to you about position, 2 what concerns you about the position, 3 does your spouse/family have any concerns about the positions, 4 what are career goals if joining the team, 5 questions you have about compensation, 6 why should they choose you.
