I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at American Income Life (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2020
Interview
I initially had a representative reach out to me to talk to me about my background, they seemed to dodge most questions I asked about the position and said that would be handled in the interview. The interview starts off as a video that you watch of people from different walks of life and how they've been successful in this company. Then you discover it is a group 'interview' where you just listen to someone speak about the company. It was all very strange and I had a fishy feeling about this company, upon further research it seems like a sketchy place to work where you are not guaranteed to make an income, they are desperate for employees to make them money, but the employees may not make money in return.

I applied online. I interviewed at American Income Life (St. Thomas, ON) in Oct 2024
Interview
Pre recorded Video that seemed more like a sales pitch. Looked like the person was reading from a script. They went into the history of the company and it all sounded to good to be true. It is commission based job working from home.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at American Income Life (Red Deer, AB) in Jan 2024
Interview
Smooth and very relatable interview. It was more like a seminar or recorded session for all participants.
Nothing special, just an awareness session where you are told what the job is about
