They will ask you several behavior questions, then they will give you an info session. After this, they will give you a final round interview. After this, they will ask you to accept this position.
I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at American Income Life in Jun 2020
Interview
They emailed me for a webinar interview with god only knows how many other people on the line. They talk about the company and the pay. You can’t ask any questions. Then they send you an email asking how motivated you are and why should they call you back. I get on the phone with the hiring manager the next day who “hires” me contingent upon passing the insurance exam. I passed the exam and let him know. He said great I’ll call you tomorrow. I never heard another word despite multiple attempts. Best part is I still get emails asking to join the webinar to interview every other week still. It’s a complete cluster. So I wasted my time studying and passing to still not have a job. Thanks, no thanks.

Interview process was very smooth and was very informative. Decided not to move forward but seems like a good opportunity. Got another opportunity with base pay so decided on that one.
