I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at American Income Life
Interview
I was pretty simple 1st you talk to one of the lower managers and if they like what you tell them (and they always seem to) you go to the conference room and watch a video about the company. if you stay then you talk to the office manager. Sometime the same day sometimes the next day. He'll talk to you ask you some questions and if he likes you he or she will call you within 1 to 2 days.

Interview
Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.

Interview
Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
