Interview
I applied for a position as a Benefits Coordinator for Brandon Cooley Agency. I got a call to come in to interview for their customer service position. When I arrived, there was a long line of people signing in at the desk and a lobby full of people. I was called back with one other interviewer where we basically did a brief 2 on 1 interview. We were given a little information about how successful the company's recent growth has been. She then asked us each if we had leadership experience. Since we did, we were invited to a second interview the same day, which would be with a large group of people. We were led to a room of about 40 other applicants and given a questionnaire to fill out while we waited. After about 20 minutes, a young man came in and gave a lengthy presentation (about an hour) on how they are the primary seller of insurance benefits to unions and credit unions. No real definitive information was given on the sales commissions but it did become clear that there was no base wage and that commissions were the only way to make money. When I left, I did feel that it could be a profitable endeavor and signed up for a third interview with the person that would be my manager. However, I wanted to look into this more.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The only question I was asked is if I had leadership experience. However, I did not complete the 3rd interview with the manager, which I think would have been 1on 1

Interview
I waited online for an Zoom interview to start for 15 minutes after confirming the time with the company that morning. No one ever joined the meeting and no response from the company. Was very disappointed as time is valuable.

Interview
A sales pitch to me about free cruises and bonuses. Seemed like a multilevel marketing scam. It was much more about them than me. And they seemed to be willing to take on anyone. All commission based so they don't care.
