The interview process was completely virtual and took place with the leaders I would've supported. The first round interview for about 30 minutes. The interviewer told me about the team I would've supported before asking me a series of questions.

Interview process was a little long, but not bad. Turn in the application and wait for a return call/email. That was the longest part. Once I went in for the interview, I was interviewed by the VP and Director of the department. Every question was well worded and aimed to ensure who was hired would work well with the management team and the department.

I had several interviews (at least 5) prior to being hired as a temp. I first interviewed with a manager, then with a Director, then with two Vice Presidents (including the one who hired me). And my final interview was with another admin. All of them were in person interviews.
