Lot of fucus on current job responsibilities. Be through with JD and skills mentioned in your cv. They will ask as per that. Also, lot of leadership related questions. They prefer mature people with indepth domain knowledge.
The interview process was very pleasant. It was a fantastic learning opportunity and they took the time to understand my skills and how it relates to the position. I never thought I would say this but it was pleasant and the best interview I have ever had.
