Group Task and One on One Scenario Based Interview.
Group task = whether or not to go ahead with hypothetical investment.
One on One = Mix of motivational, behavioural and then reviewed a hypothetical assessment - had to do NPV, formula and calculator given.

One coffee chat, first round two 30min interviews, final round 2 more 30min interviews. Asked about how they make money and their business. Very nice recruiters and people. Know the closed loop system
I only completed the hr phone screen. Basic behavioral questions, tell me about yourself, why u want to work at amex, why finance, why the program, asked question on my resume. very conversational
