Interview
It was a really thorough process, but felt informal enough that I could demonstrate my experience and how it suited the role. It was invaluable to meet a few different people within the HR function as well as the business area I would be supporting so I had lots of questions answered along the way.

General experience questions, situational questions but also technical knowledge of how to work within a matrix organisation. The leader of the business area also asked me for advice on how to handle a scenario he was dealing with.
