1st round with recruiter. General questions about the past experience, salary expectation, etc. 2nd round with Director, 2nd round with another Director, 3rd round with VP. the recruiter was very polite but I had to personally follow up with the recruiter for my interview schedule. May be he was overloaded. The interviews were on telephone. Probably they would have called for personal interview later on.
