Was referred by an employee. Was in contact with an agency for the entire process that took about 3 weeks. I had 2 interviews. One with an employee to test language skills, another with the team manager who conducted technical and soft skills interview that lasted 30 minutes. I got the offer 4 days after the interview with the manager and started 2 weeks later.
