Got an email from HR for a prescreening. After prescreening, there was an interview with the manager. The follow-up from the interview with the manager took very long but was eventually moved forward to the 2nd round in the process. 2nd round consisted of an interview with 2 people that was very conversational. The 3rd and final round was a "meet and greet" that was with the director & VP of internal audit at the same time. Just like the 2nd round, there wasn't any technical question-- it was mostly conversational. Received a job offer the following evening from the VP personally.
