I had a very professional phone interview. I was given the courtesy of making an appointment and not ambushed without notice. I was somewhat overqualified for the position, but I was interested in it for personal reasons. The interview that followed with the supervisors lasted several hours with intense hypothetical questions. I thought the whole process was overkill for the low level low paying position involved.
