after the Online Assessment one phone interview with recruiter and two video interview back to back with engineers. Relatively easy and not too technical at least compared to tech companies.

It was all online. There was a 30 minute behavioral interview followed by a 45 minute technical interview. They were conducted by 2 separate interviewers with a 30 minute break in between. The technical interview consisted of 2 coding questions. Overall interview process was very smooth, the interviewers were friendly and very enthusiastic about working for Amex.
