HR phone chat and then 1:1 in person interview with CRO. CRO was professional. Questions are as expected such as: How does that relate to this role? How many direct reports do you have? How many years have you had the commercial experiences. The CRO also explained the expectations of the role, number of team members in the team, the various departments this role will interact with, and the challenges the role faces...etc.
