Competency based interview, panel of 3-5 people and one on one interviews . Series of 3-4 interviews .
Each interview has about 5-6 detailed questions.
Phone interviews were done with team members not in same city. But if you are in same city, they interviewed with 3 future coworkers. They took me to lunch .
