Applied online, got an interview with HR for a phone screen. Process took about a week. Very smooth and accommodating. Basic background questions about current and prior work experiences. Asked if I am comfortable with the salary range of the position. HR person said they will get back to me within a week for next steps. Interview time was about 20 minutes. I asked a few questions about the role in specific and also the advancement opportunity within the company which was answered to my expectation.
Generic and pretty easy overall. Know your resume well and turn up the soft skills. Appearance does matter and hit on the core principles. Process should take a few weeks.

Multiple Rounds with various levels of leadership interviewing. Very generic questions, while also being evaluated on cultural fit. Excellent brand name, but this is a marketing focused organization, not finance.

Simple process with a few easy questions. The Amex recruiter is very nice and always let you know how to prepare for the interview and etc. After each round, there are feedbacks as well.
