I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas-Fort Worth) in Mar 2025
Interview
Smooth organized process. They flew me in the early morning of the date, meaning I arrived with no sleep. You do get the option to fly in the day before, but accommodations will not be provided. You get split into groups and take about 5 different segments: cart test, written test, and a group interview session. Fairly easy as long as you have background in customer service and can keep your thoughts sweet, informative, organized, and concise.
