I received the 1st e-mail back from AA on 11/18, which is probably 3 days later after I submit my application, I was so excited, and then, maybe 1 minute later, I got another e-mail to show me that"congratulations, I got thought the first step, and I need to do the on-line interview.
I prepared for one day, and I did the on-line interview on Sunday morning (11/22) I was nervous, but I did best I can, I just really wish me good luck on this.
and just one day after(11/23), I received a phone call from AA to schedule a f2f interview for 12/9@1000am in Dallas, wish be good luck! I will do my best for sure!

Applied online took assessment test online one week later received email for a video interview. Taking my video interview today. Any advice from anyone who has gone through the process?!
Video group interview then in person with 40 other applicants. Asked behavioral questions and personality questions. The video interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. Then the in person was a whole day process.

4. 6 week training -very hard, but be a good study/test taker
