I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Airlines in Jun 2015
Interview
I applied with American Airlines online on May 27th, 2015. I completed the online assessment and received my invitation to do the video interview for the flight attendant position on June 26th, 2015. It was awkward looking at yourself on the screen rather than seeing the questions or perhaps a person on the other end. I have previously interviewed and was hired with another airline so I have done a lot of studying on the interview process. Although each airline is different, I feel that helped tremendously. I am still awaiting to hear back after my video interview and trying to be as patient as possible. :)
