I had my f2f today and the process is exactly as described on here.
You arrive at the Training Center, check in, fill out a short form (Name, email address, phone number) and a short written test (not hard at all).
Once everyone checks in, they escort you to the homeroom. Once there, you sit at a table of your choice with 4/5 other people. Group exercise with the circle and naming commonalities at the center and one unique thing about your self on a line extending from the circle. Same as everyone else said.
After that, recruiters come in and call out 5/6 names for the group interview. Standard customer service questions, they ask you to answer at your own pace which was awkward in our group because everyone seemed to want to answer at the same time.
After that we went back to the homeroom to go over what it's like to be a FA, benefits, open Q&A. Then the recruiters come in one at a time and escort you out based on when your flight leaves.
Our trainer was insistent that they do not make decisions today, but I have doubts about that. If they were simply walking people to the door, that process would have been much quicker than it was - it took 30 min for several recruiters to clear the room, I am local so I was one of the last to leave.
FYI: They do not pay you during the 8 1/2 weeks of training! Room and board are covered if you are flying in, but you are not on the clock - have savings!
