Interview
1. May 17 2013 - applied online
2. May 17 2013 - invited to fill out online assessment
3. June 21 2013 - invited to take video / phone interview ( I chose the phone interview)
4. July 1 2013 - invited to complete / update online application form
5. July 18 2013 - AA called to set up face to face interview in Fort Worth
6. July 22 2013 - face to face interview - dressed similar to uniform, do not try to stand out with your outfit choice, makeup or nails, let your personality do that. I was fingerprinted and did the reach test before my 1 on 1 interview.
7. July 23 2013 - sent background check and DOT forms that must be sent back in 3 business days.
8. July 29 2013 - email stating that my profile was submitted to the company
9. July 30 2013 - call & email for offer of employment
10. July 31 2013 - AA emailed medical slip
11. August 14 2013 - medical (2 urine samples, vision, height, blood work, blood preasure, hearing, then sent to the BTE POET exam.
12. August 19 2013 - AA called to set up training date of September 2nd.
The process is very formal and takes time. Be prepared to wait and be patient. All questions asked during the interview are customer service related.

Applied online took assessment test online one week later received email for a video interview. Taking my video interview today. Any advice from anyone who has gone through the process?!
Video group interview then in person with 40 other applicants. Asked behavioral questions and personality questions. The video interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. Then the in person was a whole day process.
