I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Airlines
Interview
1. applied online
2. Got invitation to do a video Interview
3. Received Invitation to do an F2F interview in Dallas
-interview was very informal. Beware of every activity you participate in for the first two hours, they are watching you as you interact and are taking notes.
-you'll do a group task, and watch a video, and then they call you for a group interview 4-6 people in each group. This is where you need to shine.
- after the the group interview they send you back to the big meeting room and they will start calling you for a one on one interview. if they like you they'll take you to another room for the interview and fingerprinting, if not, they'll call you but they'll walk out of the building as they talk to you. If you don't get fingerprinted right there, you won't get the job.
- I was escorted out of the building instead of getting fingerprinted, which I was okay with because I am not willing to relocate.
