Interview
I found the group interviews to be fun. Personality profiles were discovered through computer-based assessments. Your sales technique was tested in a group mock sales setting. Then a one-on-one personal interview. I apparently aced it and was offered a position the same day.
There was process of 3 interviews during recruitment and I received my offer within 1 week. The interview process was somewhat simple and most questions were customer service based. The last interview was a one on one with the general manager.
