I felt it was ridiculous. I have been to several others that really allow you to showcase your teamwork skills, and how quickly you think on your feet. You had to come up with something all of you in your group have in common, then say something unique about yourself that no one would ever guess. Though it was somewhat fun to find out things you didn't know about others, it was a childish exercise that in my opinion didn't do anything to assist them in choosing who would make a good candidate. When you get asked questions, you're in a group, so, really it was a face to faceS interview. They only ask you one question, which again doesn't give you much time to show off your skills. I'd rather interview with Delta if I was going to go for a major airline. They are full of energy and make you feel like you really want to be a part of their team. This interview was a snoozefest,as they were very unenthusiastic as recruiters. At the very least, be professional and honest. Airlines are so big on integrity, yet they are sorely lacking. To begin with, they tell you you will hear from them in 7-10 days. What most don't realize is, when you are getting marched down the hall, you did not get chosen. Those chosen will be told then and there. Even more egregious, they aren't professional enough to send you a, "TBNT", letter. They leave you hanging. I was fortunate to get hired by another carrier, and feel like I dodged a bullet. My thoughts are, if they are disrespectful to you before you're hired, things will not improve after.
